The EMPOWER MCSA wind turbine analysis kit is designed for automatic wye ring fault detection and severity, generator and complete powertrain analysis in less than 5 minutes using a single phase of current measurement. The technology is based upon the work we have completed with the EMPATH Electrical Signature Analyzer. Additional feature is supra-harmonics to 22kHz. Can be placed up tower, if required and frequency of testing selected to ensure that several sets of data are collected. Down-tower testing is a breeze with the same capability if you have to exit the tower.
